Returns & Refunds
Every artwork is hand-stitched and made to order specifically for you. Because they are uniquely created for you, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been processed and delivered.

Damages and Issues
We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but we understand that accidents can happen and your satisfaction is our priority. If your artwork is damaged during transit or arrives with a craft defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will arrange for the artwork to be returned to our studio, our team will assess the damage, and perform the necessary repairs at no cost to you. Shipping costs for valid damage claims will be handled by us.
