Production Time
Please allow 2 to 4 months for your artwork to be hand-stitched and prepared for shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your artwork has been completed and dispatched.

Shipping (UAE/International)
To ensure the safety of the hand-stitched details during transit, please note the following:

• UAE Orders: Artwork is delivered stretched on it wooden framework / customized frame upon request. Please allow for 3-5 business days for delivery.

• International Orders: To prevent damage to the delicate stitching and framework during long-distance transit, international orders are shipped as the hand-stitched fabric only (un-stretched / unframed). The fabric will be securely rolled and protected in a shipping tube. This allows you to have the piece professionally framed or stretched locally to your preference. Please allow for 5-7 business days for delivery.
